Lifetime Loss

Bring us your diamond engagement ring to be inspected and cleaned every six months. If a diamond is lost from its original mounting during your lifetime, and the loss is the result of a manufacturing defect, your diamond will be replaced free of charge.

Lifetime Inspection & Cleaning

We invite you to bring your MAYORS fine jewelry into any of our stores periodically to be professionally inspected and cleaned without charge during your lifetime.

Maintenance

Within five years from the date of purchase, if your diamond ring requires any repairs or maintenance, this work will be done free of charge.

Refund

Within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your MAYORS diamond engagement ring or solitaire diamond jewelry purchase. MAYORS will gladly allow you to exchange your diamond ring or receive a refund upon presentation of the sales receipt.
